A DELICIOUS way of staying HYDRATED, adding NUTRIENTS and providing some added BEAUTY to your day!!!
DESIRING a way to enjoy a FLAVOURED beverage WITHOUT the excess calories, added sugar, dyes and artificial flavours?
INFUSING water with the essence of fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices and other edible botanicals is a PERFECT way of helping you stay adequately hydrated on the daily.
QUICK TIPS:
- Use a GLASS pitcher (with infusing lid a major PLUS) or a half-gallon glass mason jar
- Use HIGH-QUALITY ORGANIC fruit, vegetables, herbs, spices and other edible botanicals to help avoid pesticides and chemicals. (Make sure you peel the skins etc. if not using organic)
- CHILL (the beverage...but you can too!) for about 5 hours ~ overnight is even better ~ to help the flavours INFUSE into the water.
- POUR into your glass of choice (we LOVE DROP BOTTLE OR VOSS) & ENJOY
